Secretary Carter visited service members at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence and the Army's 2nd Regional Cyber Center at U.S. Army Fort Huachuca today to see first hand their cyber and electronic warfare capabilities. This visit is part of Secretary Carter's ongoing engagement with our service members assigned to these critical DoD missions.
